Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In original packaging

• With all tags attached (if applicable)

Non-returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items

• Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

• Swimwear/underwear with opened hygiene seal

• Order number

• Item you want to return

• Reason for return

We will reply with instructions within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We do not provide prepaid return labels

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
